The Harold N. Cotton Center for Leadership Excellence

The Harold Cotton Memorial Fund had been established by the Cotton family to educate and inspire future leaders of the Jewish community of Central Massachusetts.

The Harold N. Cotton Center for Leadership Excellence grew out of the Jewish Federation of Central Massachusetts (JFCM) desire to act as a catalyst for its congregations and agencies in their efforts to groom and train volunteer and professional leaders. It brings together leaders from the many segments of Jewish life. With this initiative JFCM builds leadership skills by providing current and future community leaders with the tools needed to be effective in their leadership roles while creating a sense of shared purpose among groups.
