The W.O.C. is a lay organization advocating for the continued viability and growth of the Worcester Orthodox community as well as the larger Worcester Jewish community.  

With the cooperation of the wide spectrum of Rabbinic and lay leaders in the community, the W.O.C. hopes to serve as a sounding board for serious discussion and a springboard for proactive steps to advance the cause of Shmirat Mitzvot (Jewish Observance).
