Let’s meet up in Amherst for an afternoon celebrating the best Jewish books for children and the adults who love them.  Meredith Lewis, Director of Content and Engagement at PJ Library, will moderate a panel discussion with five of the Valley’s winners of the Association of Jewish Libraries’ Sydney Taylor Book Award. Presented annually, the Sydney Taylor Book Awards honor children’s books that exemplify the highest literary standards while authentically portraying the Jewish experience. Panelists include Barbara Diamond Goldin, Mordicai Gerstein, Rich Michelson, Lesléa Newman, and Jane Yolen.
